for die casting of rotors and other
components for Pump, Motor and Fan industry.
We also have facilities for Pressure Die Casting of Rotors and cleated of Stators in various stack heights & matching end covers as per customer's specifications.
We also have Jobwork facility for decarburising (HIPERM) of stators. The stampings, so manufactured, are checked and inspected at each and every stage of manufacture in view to provide best to our esteemed customers
The company has Die casting machines. The machines are capable of handling multicavity tools and can die cast upto 170 mm dia rotors.
The company diecasts upto 170 mm dia rotor with shot capacity of 6 kg. and 250 mm core length. Auto skewed rotors having multiple bore sizes manufactured using sophisticated lamination controllers in latest addition to our ranger.
